Do you offer a quote before booking?
Yes, we provide a written estimate based on breed, coat length, and behavior notes you share with us. Final pricing is confirmed at check-in once our stylist has assessed your dog in person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit, credit cards, and e-transfer at our Montreal, QC salon. Payment is collected after the grooming session is complete, once you've had a chance to review the results.
Is there an extra charge for anxious or nervous dogs?
Dogs needing a slower pace or additional breaks may fall under our Comfort Plus package, which reflects the added stylist time. We'll always discuss this with you before your appointment begins.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to adjust your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keep our schedule accessible for the community.
